Need to return a product? Please complete our Return Authorization Form to begin the process.

All returns to Nationwide PBE Distributors must be reviewed and approved in advance. An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number must be issued before any merchandise is returned.

1. Download the Return Authorization Form below.
2. Complete the form with the requested order, product, and return information.
3. Email the completed form to returns@nwpbe.com.
4. Wait for approval and your RGA number before returning any merchandise.

DO NOT SHIP OR RETURN MERCHANDISE UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN RGA NUMBER FROM NATIONWIDE PBE DISTRIBUTORS.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.
